Since July 2004, this work includes excerpts of less than 30 seconds and even less than 10% (average 2%) from some recordings, not only to be in conformity to Fair Use limits but also to reduce Internet bandwidth needs and navigation delays to a minimum.
This was only possible thanks to the creators of Ogg Vorbis patent and royalty free standard. They can be played with Winamp, Zinf, Xmms, SnackAmp and other freely available programs.
They are indicated by a letter on the right margin, the D stands for a direct conversion from the original and R stands for a remastered one made by me to improve balance and eliminate noise.
To my knowledge and also Google 's :) this is the first classical music review you can also listen to. You can read my opinion and listen to what it is based on.
